Your use of the Platform and its services is governed by the following Terms of Use, including applicable policies incorporated by reference. If you transact on the Platform, you are subject to the policies applicable to such transactions. By using the Platform, you enter into a binding contract with the Platform Owner.
For these Terms of Use, ‘you’, ‘your’, or ‘user’ means any natural or legal person who agrees to become a buyer/user on the Platform.

Refund and Cancellation Policy
Cancellations can be requested within 7 days of placing an order.
If the order has already been shipped or is out for delivery, cancellation may not be possible. You may choose to reject the product at delivery.
Report damaged or defective products within 7 days.
Items not matching expectations must also be reported within 7 days.
Items with manufacturer warranties should be taken up directly with the manufacturer.
Refunds approved by BR World Gadget take 7 days to process, and funds are credited within 7–14 business days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount.
Return Policy
Returns/exchanges accepted within the first 7 days.
Item must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
Sale items may not be eligible.
Only defective/damaged items are eligible for replacement.
Once inspected and approved, return/exchange will be processed.
Shipping Policy
Orders are shipped through registered courier companies or speed post.
Typical delivery time: within 7 days of order/payment.
Delivery delays by courier/post are not the Platform’s responsibility.
Delivery will be made to the address provided during checkout.
Shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable.
Delivery confirmation will be sent to the user’s registered email.
